How to draw a crab

To draw a realistic looking crab, start by drawing a baseball diamond shape for the shell and make ridges in your lines because the crab shells are rough and pointed. Just draw two connected curved lines, with a down curve at the top and an up curve at the bottom. While cooked crabs can be bright red in color when they hit your plate, live crabs are usually brown, olive, and gray in color. Crabs are decapod crustaceans that live all over the world’s oceans, in fresh water, and sometimes even on land.

To ensure that the outline is positioned correctly in the center, draw a horizontal and a vertical line across the paper to create reference lines.
